Instrument for rapid and non-invasive detection of skin cholesterol: the instrument works based on fluorescence spectroscopy. By dripping the detection reagent on the hypothenar part of the palm, the skin cholesterol of that part is specifically bind to fluorescent marker. The concentration of skin cholesterol can be inverted by measuring the spectral characteristics of the labeled fluorescence and then non-invasive and rapid measurement of skin cholesterol can be realized.
